There has been a lot of talk lately about how CEO’s fear blogging.

How lucky we are to not have to worry about that as a Home Office Warrior. Not only do we not have to worry about getting the approval of the CEO. We don’t have to worry about partnership meetings, board meetings, stock holders and marketing committee approval. As a Home Office Warrior, we can usually have a meeting of the partnership, marketing committee or any other committee while we are walking to the office.

In addition, when it comes time to change the technology in our office, we make such decisions alone and usually without incident. We are quicker to adopt new technology because of this.

Being in charge of what happens in our business is just one of the advantages of the life of the Home Office Warrior.
