You know when the end of the year is coming around by all the blog post concerning ways to organize and work smarter. Here are the blog post I read over the Christmas holiday.
Thanks go to Web Worker Daily for the reminder of why I use Jott as a tool to organize my life.
With Jott you can create to do lists and reminders. You can get those reminders via email or a text message on your phone. In addition, you can use Jott to post to your blog. I have not tried that feature yet.
Micro Persuasion had an interesting post called “How to Set Up a Portable Personal Nerve Center.” Like many of you, I work on a laptop computer, MacBook to be exact. Steve Rubel mentions some tools in his post I would not be without. I use Gmail everyday for one of my email communication tools. And I would also not be without box.net. We use box.net to backup, store and collaborate on files and projects.

Rubel talks about using some of these tools to set up that personal nerve center. I would like to add one tool that is also an important one for us and that is Basecamp.
PickTheBrain had a good post on how to Triple Your Productivity Tomorrow. And along with that post there are a series of other post on productivity you should take a look at too.
Robin Good, who by the way is an interesting person to say the least, had a post about Online Collaboration Technologies. Robin gives us some great online tools we can use to collaborate on those projects we do. If you are using a VA, some of these may be good to consider. I know we use online tools in our office.
Finally, over at Home-Based Business Articles we are provided 7 Tips to Working Successfully From Your Home Office.
If any of you have your ways to organize your life and work smarter, please comment here so we can keep the conversation going.

Can you tell how Basecamp saves you time in more ditail? Cause I’ve tried it and I failed to save time with it! It caused me only pains! Seriously. I wanted to use it as a projecct management tool, but it was so horrible, when I found out that one of our clients had his own Basecamp account too… Then people kept forgetting about their tasks, cause there are no due dates for them in Basecamp. Oh, well. I gave up and switched to a better tool http://www.wrike.com/
Forget Basecamp , forget Wrike ,I went in search of the best project management software on the market and came up with one conclusive result . Communiclique is the best software in the market . It really has saved my Corporation time as well as money (you should take a look at the site you will not be disappointed). After toying with several other products i found that Communiclique is the best fit for any organization .
